What are the conditions of cancellation? What if I leave early?
We have 2 different cancellation options, based on the PROMOTION chosen:
-FLEX: a 20% deposit is required to be paid within 21 days of the arrival date.
Free cancellation up to 21 days before the arrival date. In case the deposit is paid in advance and you cancel within 21 days of the arrival date, it will be refunded through a voucher of the same amount, to be used within one year in one of the structures that are part of Lombardini Company Group.

Free cancellation within 14 days from the booking date. In the event that the cancellation occurs from the payment of the deposit up to 21 days from the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded through a voucher of the same amount, to be used within one year in one of the structures that are part of Lombardini Company Group.
In case of cancellation after 21 days from the arrival date, the deposit paid will be retained as a penalty.
