The traditions... How beautiful.
We women loved to inaugurate the summer by sunbathing among ourselves, isolated, right next door, on the terrace of one of our hotels.
After all, no one could see us here.
We are talking about April, May, when tourism is still shy and we can still feel the spring breeze and the chirping of the birds around our pine trees.
But they are also the months of restoration of the hotels, of the final renovation works...
And this is where our story comes from.
One afternoon while sunbathing in the bottoms of his bathing suit and little else, a friendly bricklayer appeared on the terrace of a room in the tallest Gambrinus, smiling,
greets: "Good sun sir!".
The larger ones immediately cover themselves. The cousin from Rimini with sinuous and calm movements, without getting upset, looks at us exclaiming: "But yes, let those who enjoy it!"
A second of silence then thunderous collective laughter.
We women of Romagna are like this.
And dedicating this cheerful, true and Romagna phrase to food, another passion of ours, is a must.

It is open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 12 to 9pm.
